Back yard is small but fenced in. House is last one on a dead end street. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The bathroom is off of one of the bedrooms so this may not work for every situation. Deposit is $575. Small pets only. Must be approved by landlord and pet fee is usually $150. Tenant is responsible for getting utilities in their name and mowing the yard. Tenant responsible for lawn care and getting utilities in their name.
