This house will be available October 1 when the current tenant has moved out. All new windows, roof, heat/air and gutters were installed this spring as well as a new refrigerator. (I have not been able to update the pictures yet.) This house features laminate floors in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen has tile and bathroom has vinyl flooring. (No carpet to mess with!) There is a washer and dryer hookup in the kitchen. New refrigerator as of June and gas stove are included. Hot water heater and stove are gas. Living room and one bedroom have ceiling fans. Back yard is small but fenced in. House is last one on a dead end street. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The bathroom is off of one of the bedrooms so this may not work for every situation. Deposit is $575. Small pets only. Must be approved by landlord and pet fee is usually $150. Tenant is responsible for getting utilities in their name and mowing the yard. Tenant responsible for lawn care and getting utilities in their name.
