This is a family-owned home and we are looking for responsible, mature renters who will be considerate towards neighbors and who will take good care of the property. The current occupant is a PhD student at CU who will be doing her dissertation fieldwork in Kyrgyzstan during the upcoming academic year, and the property manager/owner (her mother) lives in Fort Collins and is available any time to respond to problems if they arise.
