Our condo is located in Wildwood Resorts on the west side of Gunnison. It is very quiet with a grassy area with a covered gazebo and grills for gatherings. The condo has been renovated with new furniture and updated bathroom. It has a full bath and shower. The kitchen cabinets have been painted green, and a new microwave. All of the furniture is included as well as the supplies in the kitchen. It has been continuously rented since we purchased it in 2012, except for 2 years when our son lived in it while he was in college. It has an electric fireplace, heating is electric baseboard. It is an end unit with front, side and back windows that let in great light. It has a front porch with wooden chairs. It is centrally located and in close proximity to Crested Butte and Monarch Pass, skiing, hiking, climbing, rafting, fishing, hunting, and the University.
