In Catonsville. Beautiful Oak Floors. Solid plaster walls. Open Kitchen and Dining area. Separate fenced in areas to let dogs out for both Apartments. No outdoor cats. One poor cat got out and was never seen again. All utilities are paid by Tenant. Lawn Mowing included. Snow removal is not. All dog crap is to be collected routinely. Please inform manager of any conflicts with Apartment B. Many issues I could have easily resolved were never reported. I want both tenants to have quality of life.
