Newer house (built in 2018) outside of town located approximately 6 miles north of Fort Collins Old Town. Lake views and fully fenced back yard. Dog ok, no cats. All utilities paid except internet. Washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator are included. There is no garage but a storage shed is located in the back yard. Garden boxes available for your use if you would like. No smoking. We are looking for long term tenants (1yr +) but will consider shorter stays. You take care of yard within the fence line and front of house. Utilities paid except internet.
