It is older, yet very clean inside. It has a large lawn area and parking for up to two vehicles. This home is approved for up to TWO persons. A small dog would be considered with a cleanup agreement. The rent is $800 for one person or $850 for two. It includes lawn mowing, snow removal, electricity, and heat. To qualify for this unit, a credit check, employment verification, and criminal background check will be performed, as well as references contacted. A $50.00 application fee is required. If accepted, this application fee will be returned to you for your first month's rent. Service animals are accepted with verification and after review of these documents by their attorney. You must shovel your steps, but all other services are provided at this cost.
