The room is well furnished, and the gas, water, electricity, and wifi are all included in the rent. Thus, you just need to pay the rent of $499. In addition, deposit is $599. Awesome location. Right next to the greenbelt and Boise river. Tenant just pay the rent. Owner pays water, gas, electricity.
