The farm's custom built baler is modeled after those used on the big farms in Washington and Oregon with bales 24 x 24 x 23 at roughly 100 pounds. The drying system uses hot air from high in the processing shop drawn by fans to move air through handling trays and dry the Hops to the optimal moisture without damage from overheating. In the past few years the farm has sold wet and/or dry hops to the likes of AC Golden for their Colorado Native, SKA Brewery, Telluride Brewing, Aspen Brewing, Tommyknocker, Boulder Beer, Pagosa Brewing, Steamworks, Moab Brewing, Smugglers Brewpub and 3 Rivers Brewpub.
