The place is a clean, peaceful, and open 3 br/2ba townhouse on three levels with renovated kitchen and baths, hardwood floors throughout, private backyard & front patio on the first floor with a large and comfortable living room. The house is in a great Reston neighborhood, a short walk to Lake Anne, close to town center and the new Wheile metro stop. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED COMMON AREAS FURNISHED There is currently one room for rent on the top floor by itself with a king bed and view on the back wooded area. The room has two closets with shelves. The rest of the house is furnished in the common areas with couch, table and a large TV. The room share the larger bathroom with the other tenant on the middle floor at the current time Use of the laundry room and any other common area such as a renovated kitchen with marble counter and stainless steel equipment is included. All utilities are included as well as the high speed internet. We prefer roommate with a consistent schedule and without regular overnight guests. The room is for one person only so no couple will be accepted. No pets will be considered unfortunately unless it has minimal impact like a fish, but no cats or dogs given that we had too much damages from such pets The house has a dedicated parking space and there are usually many free public spaces available as well. The community is very wooded and the backyard is a gem to hang out and watch the squirrels going around the trees. There is a shed to store large items temporarily if needed.
