The home includes 4 private primary bedrooms with king and queen beds, and two full-size bunk beds in the game room. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Access to the guest house is available upon approval and payment of additional fees. Guests are responsible for purchasing personal use items if they run out during their stay. Sycamore Ranch is situated on a private 500-acre lot with access to the White River. Beaver Lake is just 8 miles away at Starkey Marina, and The Beaver Dam Site Park is 7 miles away. Property management personnel will be present on the property and available for questions about the trail system. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact lake and river accessibility. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1000 fine, and pets discovered on the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. No hunting or discharging of weapons is allowed. Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
