To begin with, this house has one of the best backyards of all the properties I'm responsible for. It enjoys full shade near the house thanks to a towering old tree with a tire swing on it. This is an ideal backyard for anyone from families with small children, to grilling enthusiasts, to people who just like to sit outdoors around a firepit (which the yard has one of those too). As for the rest of the house, it's an ideal location for new families, small families, or solo operators of all stripes. Despite the size on the front of the house, it has a deceptively large interior, with a reasonable amount of closet space in both bedrooms. Riverside is a great neighborhood to live in. There are several large recreational parks nearby (Oak Park and Riverside Park being two of the notables, along with a Frisby Golf course), a small selection of local shops in the neighborhood (including a coffee shop), and is in easy driving distance from both shopping at Indian Hills, and Downtown Wichita. It's a great neighborhood to walk or a ride a bike in.
