The landlord lives on the property, directly above the apartment. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas. A security deposit of $1,750 in addition to the first month's rent of $1,750 must be paid at the signing of the lease. $1400 of the security deposit will be refunded after tenant vacates the apartment and it is left in good condition. A non-refundable $350, will be retained by the owner. If a pet will be living ini the apartment, a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350must also be paid at the time of signing the lease. If rent is more than five (5) days late a fee of $25 must be included in the rent due.
