Metro buses are two blocks away and all metro buses, including the Circulator, go to, and come from, the K Street , IMF, and World Bank Group building areas (Pennsylvania Ave.). The Bank Group and IMF are walking distance as are the Rosslyn and Foggy Bottom Metro stations. Surrounded by single family homes, street parking is available and as a tenant, if you have a car, you will get a zone 2 residence sticker which allows parking all the time.
