Steps then lead to the unfinished basement where your washer and dryer can be hooked up. Windows were replaced in 2016 which lowered the utilities which were already very low to begin with. This home does not have central air though you are welcome to bring your own window air condition units. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and will require a $50/month per animal deposit for the first year which is fully refundable. Tenant responsible for all utilities and renter's insurance. While there is no application fee, a $35/adult background check fee will apply to the final candidate.
