Set on 80 acres of woodland and pasture with views of Mt Mansfield to the north, the house offers a quiet and picturesque VT country retreat only 25 min from the city of Burlington. We have cross country ski and snowshoe trails out our door, and Sleepy Hollow Cross Country Ski-way is right down the road. If you're into downhill, Cochran's is 10 min away and we're surrounded by Bolton, Mad River, Jay Peak and Stowe. In the warmer months, enjoy close proximity to excellent swimming holes and hiking, including the Audubon which is at the end of our road. The property has a swing set, barn with chickens (cared for by owners), above ground pool, stream and beaver pond, and lots of trails to explore. The house has solar panels, which helps reduce electric costs. We have two young children and live in a house on the same property. We also rent a mother-in-law apartment over the current garage. Renter is responsible for utilities (propane, electric, trash, internet). No smoking.
