Looking to sublet my apartment. I need to move back home.Apartment is great. 1st floor. New everything! Carpets, windows, front and patio doors, bathroom (cabinets, mirror, tiling, sink), kitchen (sinks, countertops, backsplash, oven/stove, refrigerator), and paint. There is a washer and dryer in the hall right outside the apt and also a spare storage closet that isn't used. My room is the smaller of the two, but only by a foot or two, and there is tons of storage space because my roomie doesn't use any of the cabinets or closets in the bathroom or hall. My current roommate is a grad student, friendly and quieter. It's great for getting homework done. Almost like living on your own! Pets are allowed with a fee, but I am not sure if my current roomie has allergies or not, as I don't have any pets.Neighbors are not a problem at all and the management is reliable. The apts are owned by the same people who own the Best Western, so there is emergency maintenance on hand 24/7. You can pay rent at any hour of the day as well, because you pay rent at the front desk of the hotel.Your half of the rent would be +your half of the electric (which is normally about $10). All other utilities are paid by the management, including internet and cable. There is no parking fee, but you do need a sticker to use the parking lot which is right in front of the apt.I would also be willing to leave certain furnishings behind, including but not limited to the TV, entertainment center, and futon.The images in this listing are not of my exact apt (which has been updated), but are just to show what the place looks like in general.
