Welcome, I have an unfurnished Nice 3 bed room 2 bathroom house for rent just 2 minutes off of GA 400 in Dawsonville for $950 per month plus utilities. Its only a 30 minute drive to Alpharetta. I know because thats where I work. I live in the basement apartment in this home. Below where you will live. I have my sperate entrance and you have your separate entrance.. Im a 50 year old male whom is easy to get along with but I won't allow partying and drugs.. if you smoke, you do it outside please. There is a $400 deposit fee. The deposit will also include a $50 background check. The deposit will be refunded when you leave if you didn't cause any damage. So to move in it will cost you a total of $1350. $950 first months rent plus $400 deposit. plus utilities
