This is a cute home that we have painted entirely, inside & out. We’ve added lots of custom features such as a galvanized, tin wall in the living room and a barn wood wall in the bedroom with many barn wood shelves through the home (kitchen, dining, bathroom and bedroom). We installed a wood-look pergo floor in the living and dining area. We also had an on-demand, gas water heater professionally installed. It has a natural gas furnace in the living room and a wood stove in the bedroom as well as an electric wall heater. Washer and dryer and a brand new electric stove and brand new refrigerator. This sits on 3/4 of an acre with two recently built 200 SF sheds and a remodeled, adorable 100 year old building in the back lot area with a stone floor & beautiful rock fireplace for use as a studio. There is a large work shop, also being remodeled, and fenced garden areas as well as a chicken coop and pigeon lofts/coops. Many large shade trees as well as 3 different mature pine trees and newer Quaking Aspens. There is an area of thriving, mature Rasberry Bushes. Lots of parking available with a circular, gravel driveway.
