Laundry room in the basement. Ample storage space throughout the house. All our rentals are professionally cleaned and carpets professionally steam cleaned before the new tenant moves in. The location is very central, and a quick drive or bus ride to South Side, Downtown, Oakland, South Hills, etc. Downtown Mount Oliver, with bus stops, stores, a post office, library, restaurants, etc, is within walking distance. - TO QUALIFY FO R THE HOUSE, TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME, AFTER TAXES, MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE RENT ($3750) - $1250 DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE HOUSE UNTIL YOUR MOVE IN DATE, WE CANNOT HOLD A RENTAL FOR ANYONE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT (will convert into refundable security deposit upon move in). - Dogs may be accepted on a case by case basis, with additional refundable deposit ($500) and pet agreement that says that you are financially responsible for all pet damage.
