Hello! I will be moving out of my wonderful house in Trinidad this fall and am looking for someone to take over my lease / sign a new lease. Timing is somewhat flexible. ($1500/month) It's a big 2BR house, with a basement unit (so 3 in total but you will not have access to the basement). The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, however, the landlord typically only leases 1 bedroom, so you basically have the upper portion of the house to yourself. Unique situation. Huge space, unsure of the sq footage, but probably over 1,400. Big master bedroom, with a nice bathroom, and a big walk-in closet. Big open living space with modern appliances. Enough room for several pieces of furniture. Back porch that is perfect for a grill (I currently have one). Street parking is super easy -- I almost always get the space right out front. There is a tenant in the basement unit, however, it is largely separate. He has his own separate entrance in the back, however, he will occasionally need to walk through your space to get the mail and exit the front door. Super chill guy, always gives you the space that you need. Great deal and good location -- 2 min walk to the trinidad farmers market on Sunday's, 7min walk the 13th and H -- Hiraya, Saturday Farmer's market, Hill Prince.. not much further to copycat and other things. Exactly a 1 mile walk to lincoln park. D4/D8 eastbound is right out front. Westbound is a 1 block walk. Reach out for the exact address (it's right on Trinidad Ave) Rent is $1500, util included. You will coordinate directly with the landlord. I think the landlord would be open to a couple, but would probably be a higher price in that case. Reach out if you have any questions!
