ON OUR TIS THE SEASON PRICE DISCOUNT SPECIAL! This home is discounted to $2,025 per month but when you sign a 5 year lease you can lock in your rate at a discounted $1,924 per month. That's an additional savings on top of the already heavily discounted price of $1,200 a year, or $6,000 over the life of the lease. We are also offering a 4 year lease at $1,949 per month saving $900 per year or $3,600 for the entire lease. You can get a 3 year lease at a discounted rate of $1,974 per month a savings of $600 a year or $1,800 savings over the life of the lease, or you can get a 2 year lease at a discounted rate of $2,024 per month. There is a $2,024 security deposit.
Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600. There is also a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18. Pet lovers will appreciate the fact that we allow animals in our property for an additional $25 a month per animal and an additional one time $250 pet fee, some pet restrictions do apply. It is important to notify us in advance if you are going to have pets on the property, as we do enforce our leases. Tenant is responsible for a 1 time fee of $100 which pays for jurisdictional required fire inspection and occupancy inspection and permits. Tenant is also responsible for all utilities including sewer, which we will pay monthly and collect from the tenant every month.
