Hello, We are looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate roommate to share our huge 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom. This person must be looking to stay for at least 6 months to a year. We are 3 professional, straight men in our mid-late twenties. We are very laid back, social, and are looking for a male or female to fill the vacant room IMMEDIATELY. This tenant will share a bathroom with 2 other tenants upstairs. We all work different hours so there really is never any conflicts regarding the bathroom. The house comes with lots of storage, a huge backyard with a nice back porch, attached garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, furnished living room and dining room(but if you have extra bring it along!), driveway with two parking spots with parking in front of the house as well. We are located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood right off Fort Johnson. About 4 miles from Folly Beach. We are looking for someone who will clean up after themselves in the bathroom and kitchen, pay rent and utilities on time, will help out buying supplies for the house(paper towels, etc), and will be courteous to others in the house. We all go out and socialize but host no parties at the residence. Rent is $600 a month PLUS utilities. We split this 4 ways and it's usually around $100 a month each person monthly (depending on usage). No pets please. We do not have cable tv, only wifi.
