This home was NOT sold on 2/25/13. The original property was on both sides of Whitney Rd. and totalled 105 acres with three ponds. In 2013, it was split, so that the 55 acre parcel (mostly gorgeous woods with pond and slate bottom creek) were sold. The 50 acre parcel with the house and large pond, on the South side of Whitney Rd is still owned by original owner.. So, ZILLOW'S information is INCORRECT .
