We have upgraded the central heating and air, it is now a piggyback system. The hot water heater is a rinnai tankless. There is a small pond behind the big barn, with brim and bass. We added a master bedroom and bathroom in 2013. There still are minor details that can be don at your discretion. We also moved the laundry room from outside to inside. The mirrors in the master bathroom and the refrigerator do not stay with the house. Floors are hardwood throughout except the kitchen is linoleum, bathrooms are tile. We put a new metal roof on in 2013 and also reinstalled the entire house.
