1308 Kirkpatrick Rd, Burlington, NC 27215

In the last three years I have spent $40,000 plus on updating the house. New windows and glass door ($8,600). Granite cabinet tops in 2 bathrooms and kitchen, new sinks and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Painted entire house, put hardwood floor in the kitchen, carpeted everything except bathrooms, kitchen, and Foyer which is terrazzo. Replaced all ductwork under the house at $3,400. Bought new washer, dryer, refrigerator, kitchen stove, and dishwasher and new ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms, family room, and living room. It makes no sense that this house has lost value according to Zillow in the last year and my neighbors' houses have not. I would like an explaination!
