Beyond that, the house boasts modern finishes, loads of natural light, plenty of closet space, and a professionally decorated, modern interior (no Ikea here!). We also have an electric EV charger (usage paid for by renters). Our neighborhood is full of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, outdoor space and more. Centrally located, you can walk or bike to all that East Austin has to offer, or take a short drive to Downtown, UT, Mueller and South Congress. Property comes fully furnished. Maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. There is a $200 refundable pet deposit and $25/monthly pet rent per dog.No cats will be considered. Owner will cover all utilities for an additional $395/month (includes electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, home security and pest control.) Rental History: Last two places of residency history must be provided in order to process your application and landlord contact information must be filled out. In lieu of landlord history, we will review mortgage payment history on the credit report. 2. Employment History: One year of consecutive employment history should be submitted along with proof of income of at least 3x the amount of rent. If you do not have employment history, please provide proof of income via bank statements showing deposits for at least the preceding three months, retirement or social security statements. 3. Property Condition: You are accepting the property in an as-is condition. 4. Deposits: Applicant must submit security deposit via payment online (Zillow, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal) and signed lease within 48 hours of application acceptance. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the application. If owner permits a pet, a pet deposit must be paid on or before move in. 5. Photo ID: All persons 18 or older must submit a copy of their driver's license or other approved photo ID with the application. 6. Credit: A credit report will be processed for each applicant 18 years or older. 7. Criminal: A criminal background check will be processed for each applicant 18 years or older.
