All pets must show proof of registration with Multnomah County Animal Services. We do not allow puppies and breed restrictions do apply. A pet picture will be required with your application and proof of immunizations. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pet rent is $40/month. Additional deposit is required. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5 times the gross rent. PARKING Each unit has one assigned parking space. Residents are allowed to have a portable A/C device that vents through the window - but no A/C that sits on the window ledge is allowed.
