New Central Heating system was replaced along with 50 Gal Water Heater in 2003. The property has been completely landscaped front and rear. Neighborhood Description Very Stable Quiet Neighborhood. A lot of the residents here are original owners. We have an fairly established home alert group and most of the neighbors know each other. There aren't a lot of kids in the area which adds to the quiet. Younger families are slowly starting to move into the neighborhood.
