This property has everything you can ask for if you are a student or want a place for a small family to live. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single vehicle garage, and the washer and dryer make this property a great place to live. Small dogs are allowed but not preffered (must be cleared by landlord) and no cats are allowed. Maintance for the property is quick and responsive. The landlord and property managers are very coopertive and responsive to tenants who have questions or concerns. There will be a physical application that will be on-site for anyone to fill out. When turning in the application the first month's rent will be used as a deposit. There are several payment methods but the main one that we will use is Venmo. It is only temporary and we will inform you in the future if anything changes.
