We are renting this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pool. All rooms have been recently painted. All windows have specialized window treatments with cordless blinds custom for each room. We just added a AC unit to the home and relocated the furnace to the attic. We remodeled the hallway closets allowing for extra storage space. The garage has been upgraded with lots of shelving/storage space and epoxy flooring. This is a 2-car garage, with an additional 3 spaces in the driveway. **Monday is street sweeper** -- No street parking from 11am-4pm Master bedroom: Has been recently renovated with new paint, upgraded closet, and new hardwood flooring. The Master bedroom comes with its private bathroom that includes a dual showerheads (excellent water pressure) and plenty of cabinet storage. Windows come with their own window treatment to block out light during the night and heat from daytime sun. Bedroom 1: This room was recently painted and comes with blackout window treatment to keep room cool and block out light. This was an excellent feature for someone working nightshift and needs to sleep during the day. This is the only room that has carpet in the house. Carpet is looks brand new and is kept clean.
