    We are renting this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pool. All rooms have been recently painted. All windows have specialized window treatments with cordless blinds custom for each room. We just added a AC unit to the home and relocated the furnace to the attic. We remodeled the hallway closets allowing for extra storage space. The garage has been upgraded with lots of shelving/storage space and epoxy flooring. This is a 2-car garage, with an additional 3 spaces in the driveway. **Monday is street sweeper** -- No street parking from 11am-4pm Master bedroom: Has been recently renovated with new paint, upgraded closet, and new hardwood flooring. The Master bedroom comes with its private bathroom that includes a dual showerheads (excellent water pressure) and plenty of cabinet storage. Windows come with their own window treatment to block out light during the night and heat from daytime sun. Bedroom 1: This room was recently painted and comes with blackout window treatment to keep room cool and block out light. This was an excellent feature for someone working nightshift and needs to sleep during the day. This is the only room that has carpet in the house. Carpet is looks brand new and is kept clean. This room also has an upgraded closet with lots of space. Bedroom 2: This room can be used as office or nursery. The upgraded closet includes desk lighting and space for an office chair. Most recently this was our nursery/play room for the kids. We used the closet space as a diaper changing area with plenty of storage space for two baby wardrobes and diaper supplies. This room just had upgraded window treatments installed as well and lament flooring and recently painted. One Year lease Agreement then month to month after that. Rent will include pool service, pest control (bi-monthly treatment), and weekly gardener service to maintain front yard. The average bills for 2023 include: SCE $276.69, So Cal Gas $75.33, City of Fullerton (bi-monthly water/trash) $285.16.
