There is an on-site, laundry room with three machines and dryers. Off-street parking is available. This is a non-smoking facility and we do accept one pet(cat/dog) under 30 pounds. Tenant pays a monthly flat fee of $90.00 to cover the gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash utilities. You are responsible for your own WIFI. Tours are by appointment only! $47 application fee. Every occupant aged 18 and over must apply. Refundable Security Deposit. Lease: 12 month lease term first year.
