The house has entirely wood walls, floors and ceilings so that it has the feel of a cozy national-park cabin. Plenty of privacy as well as great natural lighting and access to the yard. The house is furnished, with some flexibility. There is room in my basement for storage. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, new sink and counter, hotplate, and toaster oven, but there is no stove/oven. Parking is in the alley directly behind the house. Ideal for one person. Great location, on Eastland close to 14th Street. All utilities (gas, electric, water, and Wifi) and are included in the rent. No smoking or cats. I am flexible about a dog. Rent is due on the first of each month, payable via Venmo. Security deposit of one-month's rent to be returned to Tenant within 14 days of his/her/their moving out provided that the house is left undamaged and in broom-clean condition. Tenant acknowledges that the House is in good condition. Upon the termination of this Lease Agreement for any cause whatsoever, Tenant will leave the House in its original good condition, except for reasonable wear and tear. Tenant is responsible for the repair of any damage resulting from the act or neglect of Tenant or those persons who are invitees of the Tenant. No nails, pins, or other hole-making devices may be used in the wooden walls. Tenant may not lease, sublease, or assign room(s) to anyone else during Tenancy.
