You will need to fill out an application at the complex and be approved. There is a $200 application fee and you will need to make at least $3300 (gross) a month to be approved (or have a co-signer if you are a student). The deposit will stay with the lease ($150) and will be yours to keep at the end of June. Pet friendly (with fee) if needed - you will have to work this out with the rental office.Apartment will be available around January 15th (negotiable) for you to move in.2 bedroom 2 bathroom (perfect for roomates), 1001 sq ft, first floor apartment.
