The renter is expected to keep the rental property orderly and clean to avoid sanitary issues such as pests, odors or mold. Pictures in the apartment may be switched with those of the renters preference only after consulting with the property manager/owner and any pictures that are hanging inside the property which the renter wishes to switch with another work of art must be returned to the property manager the same day they are switched (unless other arrangements are made with the manager or owner). No painting the apartment, no decals on the walls, no putting up additional pictures anywhere on the apartment walls, no damaging the apartment floors, walls, lightings or other fixtures and features and no guests not on the lease may stay beyond a 1week stay.
