My awesome tenants are buying their first home so I now have a beautiful 4 bedroom/2bathroom property with backyard available in Villa Heights! This home was renovated a couple of years ago and has an updated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, there is luxury vinyl plank and carpet throughout, renovated bathrooms and a large backyard (the backyard can potentially be fenced in if need be, we would have to talk more about that but it is a possibility). However, the best thing about this house is the location! You are close to everything, NODA, uptown Charlotte, Plaza-Midwood, Central Avenue, tons of restaurants and bars are all just minutes away. Tenant pays for all utilities and is responsible for lawn care. We are animal lovers ourselves so pets are welcome (we just add an additional $250 towards the security deposit). Currently, the backyard is not fenced in but that is something we would consider doing. Applicants need to have a credit score of 650 or higher, make 3x the monthly rent and have no evictions. My current tenants are still living there so tours will need to be arranged.
