We offer 1, 2 and, 3 bedroom apartments, we have 3 floors. All of our 2nd and 3rd floor apartments have wood burning fireplaces for your convenience. All kitchens come fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker in the freezer, stove/oven and a garbage disposal. Each apartment comes with full size, side-by-side washer/dryer connections and a private deck/patio with a storage closet. Our units are total electric. The water bill will come from our home office and will be estimated on the amount of tenants living in the apartment. This means the only bill's you are responsible for is your electric and water. We have the perfect apartment for you to call home. Our specials on a 12 month lease term are as follows:One Bedroom: 695sq. ft. $595-$615One Bedroom Deluxe: 744sq.ft $635-$645Two Bedrooms: 883sq. ft. $690-$705Two Bedrooms with Den: 1108sq. ft. $755-$775Three Bedrooms: 1356sq. ft. $845-$850Our application fee is $45 per adult or married couple, deposit starts at $195.00 and can go up the first full month depending on credit/criminal. Pets are welcomed a maximum of 2 pets are allowed we do have a weight limit of 35lbs. Pet policy: Acceptable, Dogs within approved size limits for property; Cats, small caged birds, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs and gerbils; No other types of animals or reptiles are permitted. Unacceptable Pets: Chow, Pit Bull, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Grate Dane, Mastiff, St. Bernard, Retriever, Lab, Snake; No aggressive pet of any kind will be tolerated, regardless of weight. Pet deposit is a non-refundable $200 per pet and the pet rent is $20 per pet a month. On property, for our resident's use, we have a swimming pool, weight room, laundry facility, dumpster and mail hut. We also have a City of Rock Hill Police Officer that lives on property as well as a courtesy officer that both do routine patrol through the property to deter any possible problems. Our maintenance is full time, on site and they respond to emergency calls on holidays, weekends and after hours.We Offer 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments and we also have 3 floors.
