Duplex is located in a desirable area, an easy walk to the Sandpoint City Beach, and 30 miles from Schweitzer ski resort. The duplex is in an alley, therefore it is very quiet. Inside you will find two floors. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs has kitchen, living/dining area, and 1/2 bath/laundry room. A private back yard for relaxing, or having guests over for a summer BBQ. The garage has shelf storage and a foldout work bench. I will be available to show the duplex beginning June 26th. Please call to set up a time. Rent is $1,650.00 per month. Deposit is $1,000.00. A one year lease is required. A late charge of $25.00 per day if rent is not received by the first of each month. One dog may be approved by owner, depending on the dog's size and temperament. No Cat's period. Landlord pays for water, gas, and trash. Tenant is required to maintain the grounds by keeping the lawn mowed and watered, weeds pulled or sprayed, and during the winter months responsible for snow removal. If yard is not maintained, the tenant will be charged $50.00 an hour for the landlord to provide yard maintenance/snow removal. Washer and Dryer are provided as a courtesy, should the unit's stop working it is up to tenant to replace (of course taking them when they move out) Tenant is expected to keep the interior of the duplex clean and repair any damage's that occur during the lease. Tenant is responsible for renter's insurance. Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the garage. I will begin offering tours of the duplex around July 1, 2025.
