The dining room is large enough to have a big dining table and a corner as an office like many tenants have done in the past. Central air, extra storage in the basement and a fabulous group of tenants (only 4 total apartments in this building) makes this place rent very quickly. We also replaced all the windows in the building to help tenants' utility costs. Off-street parking. Call for a private showing. Pets may be considered. Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage.
