Dogs are allowed with a deposit, no cats (our dog is not friendly with small animals). We live upstairs so if there are any issues, we are just steps away. Security deposit and first month's rent are required at lease signing. The apartment is non-smoking. There is ample street parking, parking in the driveway is not allowed. Dogs are allowed (No cats).
