Selling this rental property as I have a job now that doesn’t allow me to tend to it as I would like. The property rents well to the younger crowd like college students and studying nurses. The roof was completely replaced in the summer of 2019 with architectural shingles so it’s only 6 years old. The gutters were also completely replaced along with the roof. It also has a new central air unit that was installed in 2020. The water heater is 4 years old and the kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2019 as well. The old style windows have also been replaced with double pane vinyl windows. The plumbing was also redone by Falk Plumbing in 2019 and they installed Pex pipe throughout the house. The house comes with all appliances, range, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo. All counters and cabinets are in excellent condition, some of the cabinets still have the plastic covering on them. The house does need a few repairs: it needs new interior doors in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms, it needs the door knob on the exterior door to the mudroom fixed, and it needs a couple of electrical outlets reset into the floor. The stairs from the street to the house also need some repairs. This makes for a great starter house. I originally bought it because my kids were planning to come to BC, then decided on something different so I turned the house into a rental. I would like to get what I am asking or close to it, however, I am willing to consider all offers.
