My roommate and I are moving out of our 2 bed/2 bath apartment into a house and need someone to take over our lease! Good sized living room, open kitchen and dining area, bedrooms are separated by a hallway and very private. The first bedroom has one closet, there is a hall closet, and the master bedroom has two closets. Washer and dryer included with unit. Covered parking and detatched garages are extra that you work out with Red Rocks. Window unit a/c although I almost never have it on. Opening the windows is more than enough to cool the apartment. On the top, third floor with a carpeted balcony for enjoying the springtime and the copious amounts of bunnies that roam the complex :) There is only one other apartment on this floor so you have extra privacy. The complex is right next to Red Rocks Community College and there are many restaurants, fast food joints, and a 24-hour grocery store within 5 minute driving distance. Located right off 6th Ave Highway so you can access any major freeway in the city within minutes. If you go to the Red Rocks Apartments website (www.redrocks-apts.com) you can find more information on the complex there. We are looking for nearly 4 month sublet. We are waiting for the tenants in our next home to vacate so the apartment will be available around April 15, possibly a few days sooner, the lease ends July 27. If you wish to stay longer you can sign a new lease with the apartment after this lease ends. The complex manager told us they will be raising the rent price on new tenants this year so take advantage of this rate while it lasts! All tenants must be able to pass a credit and background check that Red Rocks Apartments will run. All tenants must make a combined three times the amount of rent ($1129) per month. Pets are ok with deposit, you'd have to contact Red Rocks to work that out with them.
