About the Home: - Beautiful, fully furnished, entire home (bed linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen appliances, cooking tools etc). - Mid-century modern art and interiors. - Central location, 8 minutes to Downtown Nashville and Broadway, 5 minutes from Germantown. - Located on a quiet street. - 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath - The house is equipped with the most comfortable memory foam mattresses; 1 large King Room and 2 Queen Rooms. 2 comfortable foldable twin beds are also available. - Private 2 car driveway + street parking, cozy string-lit back deck, and entire backyard. Lease Duration: 3 Months (November 2022- January 2023), with possible extension to end of February 2023 if desired. All utilities and property maintenance fees are included in rental price. Parking: You're welcome to park in the 2 parking spots in the front driveway as well as along the street in front of the property. Please do not park on the grass or in front of the neighboring homes. No Pets. No Smoking. We are fortunate to be located on a quiet street. We kindly request that you promote this neighborly spirit by keeping noise down past 10 PM until 8 AM especially if you choose to enjoy the back deck.
