Conveniently located within 15 miles from the beach, downtown attractions, polo grounds, I-95, the Turnpike, and the airport, you'll find a variety of activities and sights within easy reach. Observe local wildlife like rabbits, iguanas, turtles, and birds. Outdoor music must be kept low and must end by 8:00 PM. Music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ gas grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out; if not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. There is a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property. Prior written authorization is required for any visitors not listed on the reservation as registered guests.
