A showing agent/potential buyer just described it as "a beautiful home" - I will try again to post pictures. FYI! I do have a seller's agent - Charles Edwards Jones. However, since my ID has been stolen twice, my ID Protection folks have advised that all of my agent's extensive marketing is done without my street number publicly listed. However, the only way to change incorrect info on my listing with these individual listing sites the many in the public look at and that have my street address (listings which preceded my having an agent but which I am unable to delete) is to relist it as For Sale By Owner. Another FYI: I am NOT considering either Lease to Buy options, nor any offers that are not bona fide future owner-occupants for the simple reason that I invested about $50,000 in improvements specifically meant for future owner-occupants (which actually I hoped would be ME, but arthritis is dictating otherwise..
