Security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent are due at lease signing. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2,000.00 is required at lease signing. Deposit will be returned within 21 days of lease termination, less any deductions for damages, deep cleaning, or unpaid rent. Utilities & Services: HOA fees are included in the monthly rent. Snow removal for parking and main walkways is included. Cleaning: Tenant is required to pay for monthly professional cleaning at $130 per visit. Final deep cleaning at move-out is also required.
