The home itself DID NOT sustain any flood damage, although the Lanai did. Since the hurricane the Lanai was raised to avoid that from happening in the future. A new roof over was installed about 1 year ago as was the deck. New vinyl siding, new vinyl windows, new kitchen cabinets (soft close) & counter tops, new subfloor and vinyl waterproof laminate flooring throughout the entire home, newer plumbing, new wiring in the Lanai, new front door, new rear door and a new AC splitter was installed about 1 year ago. This home sparkles with that NEW look. Lanai may easily be converted into a bedroom. Lanai has an AC unit in the wall. Lanai walls are now 2x4 construction and is well insulated. Next to the frig is a hot & cold water stand-up unit unit with a Keuirg coffee maker.
