Location: Simply put, you can’t beat it. I can wake up and be in class at UAB easily within 10 minutes, walk out my door and down the old cobble stoned Cobb Lane to popular 5 Points restaurants and bars, run up to the Vulcan trail, see the Birmingham Downtown skyline at night, and at only one block from a police station I have always felt safe. Condo: High ceilings with crown molding, wooden floors, exposed brick and lots of lots of space and storage. Comfortable and stylish, this condo feels like home and has hosted many parties and been the refuge of two medical students from the Hospital. It has a brand new American Standard heat pump and a/c, new Frigidaire oven range and microwave, and the washer/dryer are only a few years old. Condo association fee includes hot water from an industrial water heater, shower as long as you would like in the huge jacuzzi shower with rainforest shower head. Thanks for taking a look!
