It features two living rooms with a huge flat-screen TV and sound system, a dining area that seats eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with all basic necessities. The farmhouse sleeps ten guests comfortably with three bedrooms and two cozy rooms for entertaining. Almost every room has a huge flat-screen TV and sound system, providing the perfect way to relax and watch football games. Long driveway and ample parking available for all your guests. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste, or additional charges may apply. This house is close to everything: UGA, great music, bars, movie theaters, food, and entertainment.
