The laundry room is located off the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are not provided. There is a washer and dryer currently at the property if you wish to use them, but we will not be responsible for them. We will remove them if you wish to bring your own. There is a separate room that can be used as a formal dining room or second living room. The main living room features high ceilings and access to the rear deck. The Master bedroom is on the main level. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor that share a bathroom. There are 2 garage spaces in the basement and also a separate storage area in the basement. Parking is restricted by HOA rules. Parking on the access road is not permitted. There is one space available at the front of the property and 2 garage spaces at the rear of the townhouse. Parking must be in the spaces provided. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Applications are submitted via Zillow. Please contact me via the "Contact Property" button as I will not be able to effectively respond to calls. Showing are usually available Monday-Friday 8-4pm. The property is considered available until the lease is signed and the security deposit is paid. Security deposit must be paid via cashier's check, money orders or cash. Rent payments can be mail by personal check in addition to the other methods. Landlord pays the HOA dues. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water - City of Greensboro, Gas - Piedmont Natural Gas, Electric - Duke Energy). There are 2 garage spaces for parking. Only one other space is available for parking. Any vehicles over the 3 spaces available will be required to be parked on Elm St. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with $300 refundable pet deposit. There is no monthly pet fee. One year lease minimum. Smoking is not permitted in the townhome. This townhome is in a HOA. Parking is restricted as previously stated. Storage of items outside of the townhouse is not permitted and must be kept in the basement storage area. The HOA takes care of all landscaping.
