When the owner of this 1,092+/- square foot home purchased 4 years ago, he immediately went to work remodeling.  The project is now complete and while it looks like the same house from the outside, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the transformation inside.  His first project was to tackle was the new, asphalt shingled roof.  While working on the roof he added 16" of blow-in insulation to the ceiling, achieving an R-20 rating and saving immensely on the homes' heating costs. The city lot measures 50'x140' and 2021 property taxes were $1334.40.
